Tambet Tiits , is a Fellow of RICS. He has B. Sc in land surveying and M. Sc in economics. He is managing director of the BPE since 1993. Tambet was manager of department in Estonian National Land Survey (1985-1990), director of department in Estonian National Land Board (1990 – 1993). He is a lecturer in Estonia Business School since 1999.Since 1995 he served as chairman of the Estonian Association of Appraisers. He has been TEGoVA (European Association of Valuer`s) board member (2003 – 2006). He was the board member of the Estonian Association of Surveyors and the chairman for many years. He has been member of the OECD training group advising transition economies in many countries. He has been involved in numerous missions to transition countries in relation to real estate consulting (Phare, US AID, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, etc.).
		Aivar Tomson is a land surveyor with 18 years valuation experience in the public, private and academic sectors. Aivar is one of the founders of Baltic Property Expert, he has been Deputy Director of this company since 1993 except for a period during which he headed country-wide mass valuation project for the Estonian Land Board (1996 and 2001). Prior to 1993 he worked for the Estonian Land Board developing a cadastral register and mass valuation system. He has participated as a consultant focused to support the mass valuation systems in (2005-2006), and (1998-2003). He graduated as a land surveyor from the Estonian Agricultural University in 1990. Aivar has been active in Estonian Association of Appraisers, he is the member of bodies dealing with authorization and valuation standards.
		Aivar Roosik is a land surveyor with 15 years brokerage experience. Aivar is one of the founders of Baltic Property Expert; he has been Deputy Director of this company since 1993. Earlier to 1993 he worked for the Estonian Land Board developing a cadastral register and land information system. He has participated in working out Estonian legislation concerning Cadastral and Land Register laws. He graduated as a land surveyor from the Estonian Agricultural University in 1982. Aivar has been active in Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers - he is the member of Board of Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers. Aivar has participated in workgroup dealing with working out authorization standards for brokers.
		Peeter Prisk has acquired an education as land appraiser and has got the 15 years experience of working on that field. He graduated the Estonian Agricultural University in 1994. After dealing with land reform works in City Government of Pärnu, he joined with Baltic Property Expert in 1995 and runs the Pärnu´s office since then. Peeter has actively took part in establishing and managing professional associations: He is the founder member of Estonian Association of Appraisers (in 1995) and it´s board member during 1995-96. He was the founder member of Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Brokers with being a board member during 1997-2004. Since the year 2000 Peeter has participated in the work of the Examining Board for authorizing brokers and it´s chairman during 2004 – 2007. Peeter Prisk is a member of several national occupational councils such as construction, real estate and geomagnetic. He has got a generic certificate as an authorized appraiser.
