Magasin Studio Apartments house is located in quiet and greenery area close to Tallinn city central on Magasin Street. Total area (ca 23 000 sqm) is planned to redevelop and built more about 100 new apartments. This historical building is under the present project. The building was built in the beginning of 20th century by G.Hellat’s and J.Rosenbaum’s project. A new building built by H.Johanson’s project in 1926 was located against the old building. The building designed by Johanson have generally retained unchangeable and will be totally renovated.  It has also been taken under state-protection as architectural heritage.

There will be 26 totally renovated Studio Apartments with high ceilings, wide roomy windows, fireplace readiness in basement floor, refulgent roof-windows on roof floor, terraces, in Magasin building. Some of the studios will be planned through two stories and include sauna.
